SMS / Messaging Policy
Overview
This policy describes the D.R.I.V.E text messaging program, operated by Velano Labs. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive the text messages described below.
Types of messages you may receive
We group our messages so you always know what to expect:
- Account & security — one-time login and verification codes, password-reset codes, and security alerts.
- Bookings & sessions— booking confirmations, session reminders, schedule and time changes, queue position and “you’re next” updates, and results-ready alerts.
- Marketing (only with separate opt-in) — specials, promotions, events, and news.
How to opt in
You opt in by providing your mobile number and checking the consent box at signup or in your account settings. Marketing messages require a separate opt-in. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies — for example, based on your bookings and account activity.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Such charges are billed by and payable to your mobile service provider.
Opt-out and help
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive a final confirmation and no further messages of that type.

Privacy of your mobile information
We do not sell or share your personal information, including mobile phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Carriers and delivery
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. The program is supported on most major U.S. carriers, though delivery is not guaranteed on all carriers at all times.
