This Privacy Policy explains how the D.R.I.V.E booking platform, operated by Velano Labs, collects, uses, and protects your information.

• Account information — your name, email address, and login credentials.
• Mobile number — provided so we can send the text messages you opt into.
• Booking and lap data — sessions you reserve, cars and tracks selected, and lap times you record.
• Device and usage data — browser type, IP address, and how you interact with the platform.

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• To process bookings and deliver session reminders and updates.
• To send account, security, and (with separate opt-in) marketing messages.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the platform.

We do not sell or share your personal information, including mobile information / phone numbers, with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subprocessors (e.g. our SMS provider Twilio) is solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Your mobile number and message content are shared with Twilio only to the extent necessary to transmit the messages you have opted into. See our SMS / Messaging Policy for opt-in and opt-out details.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion at any time.

• Access — request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
• Delete — request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out — unsubscribe from messages at any time (reply STOP to texts).

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand how the platform is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

The platform is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us so we can remove it.
